Matilda's gaining weight. We don't take her for an official weigh-in till Thursday, but come on. Look at the chins on her! That's baby fat, right there.
Plus, we have a dryer again! We didn't for three weeks which was kind of inconvenient with an infant in the house*. Also, our new-when-Matilda-was-five-weeks-old front door had been swollen shut going on two weeks so we had to use the back entrance. It's a nice looking wooden door with 6 square windows up top and I planned to take pictures and tell you all about it back when Matilda was five weeks old and the door was new, but it's still missing a final paint coat and, eh. That ship has sailed.
*Do you have any idea how many outfits an infant can go through in one day? Hint: Today? Five.
Next time I bother to post, maybe I'll tell you how we plan to potty train Matilda before she's crawling.
