Last Tuesday Matilda had her six month check-up. She weighed 13 pounds and 4 ounces. The nurse measured her at 25 inches, but the last time she was measured, they came up with 25 and a 1/4 inches. Maybe she was wearing heels.
She also had her six month shots and while she screamed red-faced and in silence, she forgot about it pretty sharpish. She's still not sleeping great and still no sign of any teeth.
This past week she's decided she wants to pull herself up to a standing position. She wants to do this all the time and gets on with the squawking whenever she's not given the opportunity to grab onto our arms or hands or the coffee table or the side of the tub and yank herself up. She does this with such enthusiasm, I'm sure she's going to skip crawling altogether and just walk over to the dry bar.
