Welp, Matilda's finally getting some chompers. First tooth -- lower left front -- broke the skin last week. Today I can see the second one -- top right eye tooth --breaking through. I can see that one when she opens her mouth to scream. She's been screaming a whole lot this past week. So very much screaming. All the time with the screaming. S C R E A M I N G all the time.
In the few minutes she's not screaming she's busy using her first real word. "Ya." I mean. What is she? Canadian? Ya.
"Matilda, you want a cookie?"
"Ya." *bobs head*
"Matilda, you want to brush your tooth?"
"Ya!" *bobs head*
And then back to screaming.
